Stainless Steel Adhesion

Powder Coating Adhesion on Stainless Steel is an industry challenge. Wright Coating has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in achieving excellent adhesion on difficult substrates like stainless. We utilize chemical etching as well as media blasting before prior to our multi-stage washer to ensure adhesion on parts that others cannot achieve.

Wright Coating has developed internal adhesion testing criteria for stainless to ensure requirements have been met, but we do recommend each customer conduct it's own evaluation for their unique and specific needs.
