Fluidized Bed

Our fluid bed process provides a drip free, run free finish with excellent edge coverage. Copolymers, nylon 11 and general powder coatings are available in a wide range of colors. This form of powder coating may hide minor imperfections on the surface of metal parts.

 

Plastisol (PVC) Dip

Plastisol liquid dip coatings offer soft, color matched, textured or smooth finishes over aluminum, steel and certain plastics. Plastisol dip coating protects against corrosion, impact and abrasion. We apply custom formulated coatings to meet our customers' requirements for color, gloss, hardness, flexibility and tensile strength.

 

Electrostatic Spray

Electrostatic spray is available in a wide range of colors. Electrostatic spray coating is used in place of conventional paints because of its excellent adhesion, durability and chemical resistance. We apply nylon 11, copolymer, epoxy and polyester coatings.
